Two papers are conducted in CTET exam. The first paper is for class 1 to class 5 for candidates who have passed 12th with 50 marks from any recognized board and 2 years Diploma in Elementary D.El.Ed or 4 years D.El.Ed course. Can happen. CTET 2024 Syllabus

CTET 2024 will be conducted in 20 languages at various examination centers in the country. Main Language Hindi English Apart from this, the examination will also be conducted in the languages of other subjects. Overall the examination syllabus is based on NCERT syllabus from class 1 to 5 English Gujarati Marathi Tamil Nepali Bengali Malayalam Oriya Manipuri Punjabi Urdu Kannada etc. Language, Mathematics and Environmental Studies The application is designed on the basis of problem solving ability, academic understanding etc.

CTET 2024 Exam Pattern

Some important changes have been made in the exam pattern to be conducted in CTET 2024. 30 questions in Child Development and Pedagogy which are mandatory in CTET Exam. There will be 30 questions in Language 1 (Compulsory), 30 questions in Language 2 (Compulsory), total 60 questions in Mathematics and Science, 60 questions in Social Studies or Social Science i.e. total 150 questions paper. 1 mark will be given on each question. There is no negative marking in the exam so candidates will be able to solve maximum number of questions.

For teachers of class 1 to 5

There will be total 5 sections in Paper 1 Language 1 Language 2 Child Development and Pedagogy Environmental Studies Mathematics There will be 30 questions in all the sections, one mark will be given on each question i.e. there will be 150 questions tomorrow for which 150 marks will be given.

For teachers of class 6 to 8

Paper 2 will have a total of 5 questions in Language 1 Language 2 Child Development and Pedagogy Social Studies or Social Science (only for Social Studies or Social Science teachers) and Mathematics and Science only for Mathematics and Science teachers. Paper 2 will also have total 150 questions 30 questions for Language 1, 30 questions for Language 2, 30 questions for Child Development and Pedagogy, 60 questions for Mathematics and Science, 60 questions for Social Studies or Social Science i.e. total 150 questions. Will be of marks.

The application process for CTET January 2024 Teacher Eligibility Test has started. Candidates can apply from the official website of CTET till 23 November 2023. CTET 2023 will be conducted on 21 January 2024 through online mode in 135 cities of the country. Candidates can appear in the Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 January by applying before the last date.
